Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dates
- Place the chopped dates in a small bowl.

- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the soaked dates along with their liquid.
Step 3: Combine the Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
